Iain was prompt, professional, and absolutely fantastic at his job. I had 4 bedrooms, a living room, hallways, and a den all in very dirty shape. I didn’t expect that Iain could get them so clean. I was very pleasantly surprised! Iain was kind, courteous, and explained a lot to us as he went. He worked on that carpet for a good 4 hours! I was very impressed. Give that kid a raise!!! ?
